Double Wall Fiberglass Dispenser Sumps

PCI Double Wall Dispenser Sumps provide secondary containment beneath fuel dispensers, enclosing piping connections, penetration fittings, and shear valves with access for installation, inspection, and service.

Built from 100% corrosion-resistant fiberglass, these sumps feature an interstitial space between the inner and outer walls for monitoring containment integrity. Multiple models and monitoring configurations accommodate different dispensers and site requirements.

Interstitial Monitoring

PCI Double Wall Dispenser Sumps support periodic or continuous interstitial monitoring. The space between the walls allows monitoring for conditions that could indicate a loss of containment integrity.

Monitoring and Testing Options

Factory Tested and Shipped Under Vacuum

Each double wall dispenser sump is pre-tested and shipped under vacuum with a vacuum gauge installed, allowing verification of the sealed interstitial space upon receipt.

PCI Double Wall Dispenser Sumps are VPH compliant, supporting vacuum, pressure, and hydrostatic monitoring and testing configurations.

Duo-Molded Fiberglass Construction

PCI’s Duo-Molded Technology combines two layers of fiberglass with high glass content for strength and fuel resistance.

Brite-White Interior

PCI’s Brite-White interior reflects light for better visibility and helps identify leak points during inspection and service.

Universal Stabilizer Bars

Universal stabilizer bars provide three-axis adjustment to accommodate multiple product lines without displacing piping. The assembly supports proper load transfer during dispenser impact.

Composite Rainlip

A 1-inch composite rainlip helps prevent surface runoff from entering the sump and resists rust and corrosion. Availability varies by model.
