SRB Series Fiberglass Repair Penetration Fittings

PCI SRB Series Split Repair with Band Clamp Fittings restore watertight seals where existing piping and conduit pass through containment sump walls. The split design allows installation around existing lines, simplifying repairs.

Built from 100% fiberglass and compatible with double wall containment systems, the SRB Series combines permanent bonding with features that support installation and field modification.

Double Wall Compatible

SRB Series fittings are compatible with double wall containment systems.

Split Design for Repairs

The split fitting assembles around existing piping or conduit, providing a durable replacement for damaged or deteriorated penetration boots.

Band Clamp with Retention Rim

A stainless steel band clamp holds the fitting together while the epoxy cures. The retention rim prevents the clamp from sliding off during installation.

Flat and Round Wall Options

Dedicated models accommodate flat or round sump walls. Select the fitting that matches the wall configuration and pipe type.

Misalignment Flexibility

SRB fittings accommodate angled pipe entries up to 20 degrees, providing flexibility when repairing existing penetrations.

Fiberglass Sleeve for Flex Pipe

Flex pipe models include a fiberglass sleeve. Bonded to polyethylene piping with PCI’s Clear Magic adhesive, the sleeve provides a fiberglass surface for bonding the repair fitting.

100% Fiberglass Construction

Corrosion-resistant fiberglass provides strength and a durable alternative to rubber or plastic penetration boots, supporting long-term performance during fuel exposure, including ethanol.

Field-Modifiable Design

SRB fittings can be modified in the field to simplify service work. Follow PCI’s installation guidance for modifications and bonding requirements.

Permanent Bonding Options

  • EP2A: Two-part epoxy for bonding fiberglass fittings to fiberglass and steel, with gap-filling capability and sag resistance.
  • Clear Magic: PCI’s proprietary three-part adhesive for permanently bonding fiberglass to polyethylene.

Conduit and Piping Compatibility

Available models accommodate:

  • Galvanized conduit: 3/4-inch and 1-inch
  • RTIIA piping: 2-inch, 3-inch, and 4-inch
  • LCX piping: 2-inch, 3-inch, and 4-inch
  • Flex pipe: 1.5-inch, 2-inch, and 2.5-inch outside diameters

UL® 2447 Listed

SRB Series fittings are UL® 2447 Listed for use in applicable containment installations.
